The short version: Bloomwash collects nothing about you. It has no account, no analytics, and no adverts, and it does not send your work or your activity anywhere. Everything happens on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Bloomwash does not ask you to sign in, does not create an account, and does not gather personal information. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind built into the app, and no third party advertising or measurement code.

Your paintings and settings

Your paintings, your gallery and your settings are stored on your device by the app. They stay there. We cannot see them and they are not uploaded to us or to anyone else.

Exporting and sharing

When you export an image or a timelapse, or use the share button, the file goes wherever you choose to send it, for example to Photos, Files or another app you pick. That happens through Apple's own share sheet and is under your control. Once a file leaves Bloomwash, it is handled by whatever app or service you sent it to, under that service's terms.

The App Store

Apple runs the App Store and may collect its own information when you download or buy an app, such as purchase and basic usage figures it reports back to developers in aggregate. That is Apple's process, described in Apple's privacy policy, and it is separate from the app itself.

Children

Because Bloomwash collects no data at all, it is safe for painters of any age. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing shared.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Since the app collects no data, we do not expect that to change in any meaningful way.
